Assemblyman Cameron Smyth endorses Scott Wilk

Republican Assembly candidate Scott Wilk received the endorsement of Assemblyman Cameron Smyth (R-38th) in the race to succeed him in the State Assembly. “In my mind, there is no better person to go to Sacramento and represent the 38th Assembly District than Scott Wilk”, said Smyth. “In an era of term limits, you don’t have time for people to slowly learn the system.”

California Young Republicans Endorse Scott Wilk

Republican Assembly candidate Scott Wilk has received the endorsement of the California Young Republican Federation, the statewide Young Republican organization representing thousands of Young Republicans from chapters throughout California. The statewide endorsement follows the already strong endorsement of the Ventura County Young Republicans and San Fernando Valley Young Republicans CYRF chapters.

Wilk Raises Nearly $50,000 in Just 6 Weeks

(Santa Clarita, CA) – Scott Wilk, who has yet to announce his candidacy for 38th Assembly District, raised $45,700 in just the first six weeks of the campaign. With over $40,000 raised locally from within the 38th Assembly District and surrounding areas the community has shown it’s support for Scott’s campaign for State Assembly.

Wilk Adds More Local Leaders To Campaign Team

(Santa Clarita, CA) – Today, Republican Assembly candidate Scott Wilk announced a growing list of local leaders endorsing his campaign for State Assembly. Simi Valley City Councilman Glen Becerra, former Simi Valley Mayor Bill Davis, Castaic Lake Water Agency Directors William Pecsi and Peter Kavounas, Whittaker-Bermite Citizens Advisory Committee Chairman Glo Donnelly, and Santa Clarita Valley community leaders Harold and Jacqulyn Peterson have pledged their support to the Wilk for Assembly campaign.

George Runner Endorses Scott Wilk

Board of Equalization Member, and former state senator and assemblyman, George Runner has thrown his support behind Scott Wilk. In a recent letter sent to thousands of voters Senator Runner described why he is supporting Scott. He called upon those voters to join him in his support of Scott and also to urged them to donate to Scotss campaign.

On the heels of announcing an impressive list of state and local leaders supporting Santa Clarita Community College Trustee Scott Wilk for the 38th State Assembly District, several more community and political leaders have endorsed Wilk. Simi Valley Councilmembers Barbra Williamson and Mike Judge, Ventura County School Board Member Dean Kunicki, Santa Clarita Valley EDC Co-Chairman Bill Kennedy, Saugus Union School Board Member Doug Bryce, and Newhall County Water District Director B.J. Atkins have joined the Wilk Campaign, highlighting his efforts in the community and leadership for the region.

District Leaders Endorse Scott Wilk For Assembly

An impressive list of business, political, and community leaders have announced their support for Santa Clarita Community College Trustee Scott Wilk for the 38th State Assembly seat. The 38th District is centered around the Santa Clarity Valley and Stevenson Ranch, and includes Castaic, Val Verde, Aqua Dulce, and Simi Valley.

“I am honored and thrilled to endorse Scott’s campaign for the state Assembly,” said Congressman Tom McClintock. “California needs Scott desperately.”
